Honor MagicBook Pro 16 Teased Officially, to Launch at MWC 2024 With AI-Powered Features

Later this year, Honour is expected to release the MagicBook Pro 16, which will have upgraded hardware. First introduced in 2020 with a variety of CPU options, the Honour MagicBook Pro boasts a 16.1-inch display. Upgraded specs, such as more potent processors, are anticipated for the laptop with the 2024 revision. During the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona in 2024, the business has hinted to the release of the updated Honour MagicBook Pro model. Expert AI-backed features are reportedly included in the more recent model.

Honour said on X (formerly Twitter) that an updated Honour MagicBook Pro 16 with AI-powered capabilities will be unveiled at the MWC 2024 event, which takes place on February 26 and 29. The promotional material for the next model makes fun of rival companies Samsung and Apple by stating, “Hey SAM & MAC, With Magic, one step connects all,” and asserts that it is “smarter” than other models on the market. It also makes reference to the Magic-link function, which is meant to link PCs, tablets, and smartphones to enable smooth file sharing, display mirroring, and other features.

The Honour MagicBook Pro 16’s design and other important details were kept under wraps by the firm, but the indications of AI-backed advanced features raise the possibility that it may ship with Intel Core Ultra CPUs. Intel unveiled the Core Ultra CPUs in December 2023, claiming that the integrated Neural Processing Units (NPUs) would enhance the onboard AI capabilities. Since then, numerous top brands—including Acer, Samsung, HP, Asus, and others—have updated a number of their models to use these more recent CPUs.
