Every household should buy a pedestal fan and it’s an important electronic item in day to day life. Here to describe how to make a pedestal fan very easily. In this making process, we need any expensive item just scrap item only. In this pedestal fan is working in battery which also a lifelong pedestal fan. And also this fan works in AC and DC only. We should arrange some items to make this pedestal fan.
The items for pedestal fan is a mini motor which works in 9 watt 150ml ampere, case of ceiling fan, PVC pipe of one and a half inch and square tube of one and a half inch and three and a half-inch. The wall fan leaf is a very important one. Initailly make a hole in one and half-inch steel or inserting the third half-inch of steel. We should need to tight each other so make a screw-type hole in opposite side of one and half-inch pipe.
The fix the mini motor on the third half-inch steel. Then cut the square tube as per the size of the mini motor. After inserting the mini motor in PVC pipe the one and half-inch PVC will fix the square type steel. So we should cut the PVC to the size of a mini motor. For moving of pedestal fan we should weld a nut. After that fix a switch on the one and half-inch steel. Then for fixing the battery we can blame a PVC to formulate the PVC to abox type for fixing the battery.
After making that shape fix the end of the box type PVC with a glue stick. Then fix the box on the one and half-inch steel. So we should make two holes in the box and fix them with a screw. Then we can wire between motor and switch so take a wire of motor which connect to the switch and another wire connect to the battery then solder it. Fix the wire correctly and we should make a stand for this pedestal fan.
