E Samadhan Portal is a centralized mechanism for resolving grievances of university workers and students by registering them online. Stakeholders (students/staff/non-teaching) can use this digital platform to identify themselves and file complaints, comments, or queries. The e-Samadhaan facility provides a way for resolving concerns within a set time frame while also reducing unfair practices in higher education institutions. This site is intended to directly assist around 38 million of the country’s pupils.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has introduced the UGC E Samadhan Portal, which is a centralized platform whose primary goal is to record and resolve concerns of stakeholders (students, staff, and non-teaching) in digital format. This portal would settle all of the stakeholders’ issues on a single platform, eliminating the need for them to visit multiple websites for redressal. This will save stakeholders time and money while also bringing transparency to the system.
