In the nation, Hero MotoCorp has introduced the brand-new Xtreme 125R motorcycle. There will be two different models of the 125cc sports commuter motorcycle available for purchase: the IBS and ABS, which have prices of Rs 95,000 and Rs 99,500 (ex-showroom), respectively. The Xtreme 125R, according to Hero MotoCorp, perfectly satisfies the aspirational mobility needs of the generation next customer base. It is here to “Challenge the EXtreme,” a performance, style, riding dynamics, and safety LEAP AHEAD.
Hero Xtreme 125R Performance
A brand-new 125cc SPRINT engine with EBT (Engine Balancer Technology) (Smooth Power Response and Instant Torque) powers the Xtreme 125R. The silent cam chain and balancer shaft guarantee high levels of refinement. The bike can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in 5.9 seconds and has a power output of 11.4 horsepower. The fuel economy is calculated to be 66 km/l. Hero’s exclusive i3S idle stop start system is also included on the bike to further improve fuel efficiency.
Design of Hero Xteme 125R
The Xtreme 125R has a muscular and chiselled bodywork for a sporty look. With its first-in-class projector LED headlamp, LED winkers, and signature LED tail lamp, the bike has an all-LED setup. The bike’s overall sporty factor is further enhanced by a sporty wheel cover and compact silencer. In addition, the Xtreme 125R has Bluetooth connectivity for call and SMS alerts, as well as a negative LCD instrument cluster with a gear position indicator. In terms of colour selection, the list has stallion black, cobalt blue, and firestorm red.
Hero Xtreme 125R Suspension:
The Xtreme 125R has the widest rear tyre in its class, measuring 120/80 sections, and is built with a diamond-style frame. The Xtreme also gets a 7-step adjustable monoshock and the thickest-in-segment 37 mm dia front forks. Additionally, Showa and I worked together to specifically design the front and rear suspensions for this bike. For everyday commutes, the wide, flat handlebar and riding stance combine to provide a sporty, yet comfortable, riding experience.
Hero Xtreme 125R Brakes
In addition to its excellent suspension, the Xtreme 125R has a front disc brake with a 276 mm diameter and single-channel ABS. The Xtreme 125R is tuned for braking stability on all surfaces, which adds another degree of protection for the rider. Additionally, the bike has a Hazard Lamp, which improves both the rider’s and the bike’s safety in inclement weather.
