e-Sanjeevani Out-Patient Department (OPD) of NTSI

The eSanjeevani app offers several features to facilitate communication between patients and doctors. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) powers the eSanjeevani app. It’s an app for telemedicine that facilitates communication between doctors and patients.The app is completely customizable (you can set the number of daily slots, the number of doctors and clinics, the waiting room slots, the consultation time limit, etc.) and offers free medical services, including patient registration, token generation, queue management, audio-video consultations with doctors, e-prescriptions, and SMS and email notifications.

How to register/ generate token with e-Sanjeevani?

  • Visit the official eSanjeevani website or the iOS and Android mobile app.
  • At the top of the page, select Patient Registration.
  • Next, select Send OTP after entering your mobile number.
  • Verify the OTP that was sent to your cell phone.
  • Next, complete the registration form in its entirety.
  • Next, submit a token creation request.
  • Add any available medical records.
  • Your Patient ID and Token will be sent to you via SMS after completing the aforementioned steps.
  • To access the portal once more using your token ID, select the “Patient Login” option.
  • Enter the Token No. and the patient’s ID or mobile number.
  • Click Login to begin taking use of the platform’s benefits.
  • You will be assigned a serial number if there are appointments ahead of yours; if not, you will be the only person in the clinic.

Over thirty doctors respond to a large number of calls received by the platform every day. In approximately one month, the telemedicine initiative will be extended across districts, with designated spokes.
